1. Daiy Preparartion and Documents Handling:
Entering data within set timeframes through ensuring completeness and accuracy
Handling the required personal profiles and documents of students
Completing daily preparation and documentation such as lesson plans and attendance sheets for morning and afternoon shifts
2. Assess Students’ Needs:
Conduct individualized assessments to identify students’ learning challenges and areas of improvement.
Collaborate with caregivers to gather insights into students’ academic progress and needs
3. Develop Customized ECE Plans:
Design plans for students, considering their specific learning requirements and goals
Create engaging and age-appropriate learning materials to support ECE activities
Use various teaching strategies and resources to address learning difficulties effectively.
4. Monitoring and Evaluating Progress:
Continuously track and evaluate students’ progress adjusting plans as needed to ensure measurable improvement.
Maintain detailed records of each student’s performance and development.
5. Foster a supportive Learning Environment:
Build a positive and encouraging relationship with students to boost their self-esteem and motivation
Create a safe and inclusive classroom atmosphere where students feel comfortable asking questions and seeking help
Insert active learning techniques in the lesson plan and classroom activities
6. Safety and Protection:
Presenting complete commitment to Nabaa’s Code of Conduct, PSEAH, safeguarding, anti-corruption and complaint mechanism policies.
Guaranteeing children’s safety and security on all levels
IV. Academic Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Education
IV. Professional Qualifications
Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in early childhood education, preferably within humanitarian, development, or community-based programs.
Experience working with vulnerable children, refugees, internally displaced persons (IDPs), or conflict-affected communities is an asset.
Knowledge of child protection principles and safeguarding standards is desirable.

Strong classroom management and child-centered facilitation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage positively with young children, caregivers, and community members.
Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.

VI. Technical Skills (as needed for performing the seelcted tasks):
Sound knowledge of early childhood development (ECD) principles and child-centered teaching methodologies.
Experience developing and implementing age-appropriate learning and play-based activities.
Knowledge of inclusive education practices and positive behavior management techniques.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet-based communication tools.
Ability to maintain accurate attendance, assessment, and activity records and prepare basic reports.
