With the support of the French Development Agency (AFD) and through the partnership between ASMAE and Naba’a, under the Youth for Change 2 (YFC2) project, young people are gaining opportunities that go beyond training, providing them with meaningful spaces to put their skills to the test and take confident steps towards their future.
Following the completion of vocational training in various fields, participants are moving on to practical training opportunities, where they gain first-hand experience in the workplace and discover how applying their skills builds confidence and how even a small first step can open doors to new opportunities.
These opportunities provide young people with more than professional experience. They also strengthen their confidence, sense of purpose, and hope for the future, helping them recognise their potential, access the labour market, and play an active role in their communities.
Because every young person deserves the opportunity to realise their potential, become productive, and build an independent future.
بدعم من الوكالة الفرنسية للتنمية (AFD) وبالشراكة بين ASMAE وجمعية نبع، ضمن مشروع Youth for Change 2 (YFC2)، يحصل الشباب على فرص تتجاوز حدود التدريب، وتمنحهم مساحة حقيقية لاختبار قدراتهم وتحويل ما تعلّموه إلى خطوات واثقة نحو مستقبلهم.
بعد إنهاء تدريباتهم المهنية في عدد من التخصصات، ينتقل عدد من الطلاب إلى فرص التدريب العملي، حيث يلامسون للمرة الأولى إيقاع بيئة العمل، ويكتشفون أن المهارة حين تُمارس تصبح ثقة، وأن التجربة الصغيرة قد تفتح باباً واسعاً نحو المستقبل.
لا تمنح هذه الفرص الشباب خبرة مهنية فحسب، بل تمنحهم أيضاً شعوراً أعمق بالقدرة والأمل؛ أمل بأن لهم مكاناً في سوق العمل، ودوراً في مجتمعهم، ومستقبلاً يمكنهم أن يصنعوه بأيديهم.
لأن كل شاب وشابة يستحقان فرصة يرَيان فيها ما يمكن أن يكونا عليه: قادرين، منتجين، ومستقلين.
