Honoring Naba'a's Frontline Community Workers

On January 2, at the start of the new year, Developmental Action Without Borders – Naba’a held an employee appreciation ceremony to honor our community workers, in the presence of the board, senior management, administrative teams, and field staff.

The event was a moment to recognize the dedication, professionalism, and tireless efforts of our frontline colleagues, whose work remains central to delivering Naba’a’s mission and services within local communities.

In his remarks, Chairperson Dr. Qassem Saad emphasized that community workers are not only implementers of programs, but trusted bridges between Naba’a and the communities we serve, and key drivers of meaningful, positive change.

The ceremony concluded with the presentation of awards to community workers, reaffirming Naba’a’s strong commitment to supporting, valuing, and investing in those who stand at the forefront of our work.

At Naba’a, our people are our strength — and our frontline staff are at the heart of everything we do.
