We are thrilled to announce GAGE Lebanon’s first Endline Conference — Adolescent Transitions in Crisis!
Thursday, September 25, 2025
After six years of in-depth, participatory research with over 100 adolescents from #Syrian and #Palestinian refugee communities, as well as vulnerable Lebanese host communities, the #GAGEEndline Conference in Beirut, Lebanon will shine a light on young people’s voice, resilience, and agency in the face of one of the world’s most complex crises.
From economic collapse and political instability to the COVID-19 pandemic and the 2024 Israeli war against Lebanon, young people in Lebanon have been navigating extraordinary challenges. #GAGEResearch (2019–2025) captures their lived experiences using innovative methods including youth-led photography and interactive qualitative tools putting adolescents’ perspectives at the centre.
The findings offer critical insights into how young people are coping, adapting, and envisioning their futures in the face of uncertainty.
